Many people keep putting in the comments that more people should have spoken up against the actions portrayed in these posts. While it is every persons responsibility to speak up against wrongdoing it is important to understand the climate surrounding that decision. Many people did raise concerns and speak up. They went through the proper channels to hopefully have things dealt with properly and in a timely manner. However, deliberate and calculated responses that punished the people who raised concerns suppressed the ability of others to raise their voices. More than one employee said they felt they needed to speak up but was worried about losing their jobs due to the way those who did speak up were treated. Should more people have spoken up and drawn a line in the sand? Yes. But please understand people also have to keep paying bills and putting food on the table. I thought it was important to give a little perspective. More to come.

People who protected this type of stuff need to be accountable too!

      Agreed

Anyone who protected these behaviors of racism, sexism, and immorality should resign effective immediately

  3. Anonymous

to hide and protect these behaviors is complete and total support of these things.

    1. Anonymous

Yes to protect wrongdoing is to condone wrongdoing

    2. Anonymous

100% If you did you are part of the problem!

The minute the board knew, they took swift action. We have good people leading our school. Be thankful instead of complaining.

      1. Anonymous

So the board is only finding out about this stuff as it is posted on here?

  4. Anonymous

If you were in a position of leadership and you didnt stand up against this type of stuff it says a lot about you. Kuddos to those who did and disgrace to those who hid it

This post I think is the saddest of them all. Means the positive culture was actually suppressed by the bad. Horrible

May be hard attracting new hires. Anyone finds this site they wont apply

  11. Anonymous

One person could keep all this stuff hidden. No way the board knew. I know these folks and they would not tolerate this stuff. Proof is the actions they took when this site went up, Dealt with it very quickly!

    1. Anonymous

I know first hand through a conversation with a board member they were completely blindsided by this and they knew nothing about it! As soon as they knew they did what they did!

  12. Anonymous

How many good people got run off to protect absolutely horrible behavior that wouldnt be tolerated anywhere else?? Insane

  13. Anonymous

    This is messed up!

  14. Anonymous

Is there any concrete proof people spoke up before this website??? I havent seen any!

LMAO! IT DEFINITELY SEEMS SO! LMAO

The very second our elected officials heard about this stuff they responded. Just look at the timeline. This site came about January 1st. By February it was handled. If that’s not due diligence I don’t know what is.

  18. Anonymous

If anyone did speak up and was silenced and worse yet punished I know a good attorney.

This is a mess for sure. Feel sorry for those who have to go in and clean this stuff up too!

  20. Anonymous

Oppression leads to silence for sure! Thats a ideological change that hopefully happens.

    New teachers beware!

  22. Anonymous

School needs to have a sit down with every single employee and evaluate the implications of all these actions. Not good at all.

  23. Anonymous

Need to have an outside group interview every present and past employee under this leadership. This is only the stuff spoken about. Imagine how much is still not talked about.

  24. Anonymous

Cant imagine how much is still hidden if these are the things people knew about

  25. Anonymous

As new post keep popping up I keep thinking about how sad this one is

    1. Anonymous

Yes for sure. How long did people have to tolerate this? Weeks? Months?? Years??? Not good.

      1. Anonymous

The longer this stuff was protected the longer it will take to clean up. Consequences to actions and to cover ups. I hope it was just covered up by one and not many.

  26. Anonymous

Leaders with toxic behavior thrive on controlling people rather than inspiring them.

    1. Anonymous

      Ridiculous!

  27. Anonymous

Silence becomes cowardice when occasion demands speaking out the whole truth and acting accordingly.

  28. Anonymous

This post is the most insane….. Toxic workplace!

  29. Anonymous

If you ignored and hid this stuff you are just as bad. If you were in a place of power that could have taken appropriate action it is a thousand times worse!

  30. Anonymous

“Silence in the face of evil is itself evil: God will not hold us guiltless. Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act.”

  31. Anonymous

Punishing people with integrity is insane. Isnt that the opposite of what you would want?

  32. Anonymous

I want proof that people spoke up about this stuff before January???

  33. Anonymous

Ignore issues or lose your job. Great place to work.

  34. Anonymous

No way people just became aware in January

  35. Anonymous

Known for coverups and apparently many!

  36. Anonymous

If you dont work here its hard for people to understand. Can’t say things werent shaky here to say the least but its going in a much better direction now!

  37. Anonymous

Mass exodus of employees from the district. Not surprising.

  38. Anonymous

Applause to anyone who tried to stand up for what’s right despite this. Prayers for those who stood by and did nothing. Shame for those who knew and hid and protected these things.

    1. Anonymous

      Shame and disgrace

  39. Anonymous

Thank you to anyone who stood up for what’s right despite the consequences. Those who didn’t stand up prayers for you.

  40. Anonymous

If this is true, I really understand why the moderator requires anonymity from anyone posting on here.

  41. Anonymous

Disgusting behavior that goes beyond one person? Maybe. Tell me when anyone ignored or hid it though. Thats a universal theme on here with no time stamps.

  42. Anonymous

I want dates as to when people “spoke up?” So far I only see January.

    1. Anonymous

100% its a completely different situation if no one knew until they took action. I’ve seen nothing that would indicate otherwise. Give proof of that and this is a whole new situation.

  43. Anonymous

If this is true every single board member needs to step down immediately.

  44. Anonymous

    Hate Speech> Free Speech

  45. Anonymous

The district made a habit of running off those who would stand up against this stuff and protecting and supporting horrible stuff. Intentional and deliberate. Big exposure coming.
