An administrator made a favorable report to the board about a colleague highlighting the good work the colleague had been doing for the school district. Another administrator who didn’t like the colleague got extremely irritated by this as he had wanted the administrator to give a very bad report to the board conflicting her own observations. The irritation boiled over time and resulted in the angry administrator calling her disingenuous and a self righteous b**ch. Again, multiple people heard this. It is the duty of every employee to report honestly to superiors with transparency. It is sad when that transparency is stifled and even worse punished.

Someone has a real problem with women.

    1. Anonymous

Someone has a problem with everyone. Why were this things allowed?

    2. Anonymous

      Understatement!

    3. Anonymous

      How????

  2. Anonymous

Again why are our teachers and staff forced to deal with this?

    1. Anonymous

Teachers should be able to focus on providing a quality education not dealing with this garbage.

      1. Anonymous

Seems like a hostile work environment.

      2. Anonymous

        Hopefully not anymore.

      3. Anonymous

If employees had to fret over this stuff im sure it makes it hard to work.

  3. Anonymous

Is this just now being brought up? A lot of stuff piling up on here that in any sane company would have been dealt with immediately.

  4. Anonymous

    And there wasn’t immediate consequences?

    1. Anonymous

Had to be immediate action right?

  5. Anonymous

    Matthew 12:34

  6. Anonymous

Probably pretty tough to work under these conditions I would think.

  7. Anonymous

    Stuff keeps piling up

  8. Anonymous

Was there not rules or even people in place to protect from stuff like this?

    1. Anonymous

      There is supposed to be

  9. Anonymous

Again folks. I will say this again. No way people knew about all of this and did nothing. You can’t fix issues you don’t know about!

    1. Anonymous

Seems like it was dealt with now.

    2. Anonymous

People definitely knew. Why not speak up!

  10. Anonymous

One thing on here is insane. All the things on here is a tragedy. Accountability anyone?

  11. Anonymous

If leadership was made aware of this and did nothing there is a much bigger problem!

  12. Anonymous

Chill and let the school board handle it.

    1. Anonymous

Seems the response was a reaction to getting caught and not a reaction to the actual wrongdoing.

      1. Anonymous

        It does

      2. Anonymous

There is definitely more to this!

      3. Anonymous

        it has been handled people

    2. Anonymous

      Handled!

      1. Anonymous

But when did all the things on here take place and why is it just being brought up now?

      2. Anonymous

Yes but why just now? No way all these things happened in the last 2 months right?

  13. Anonymous

Ones actions and words reveal their character!

    1. Anonymous

      For certain!

  14. Anonymous

No way that timer is back up again!

    1. Anonymous

And what can possibly come next???

  15. Anonymous

Isnt the majority of our teachers female? Tough

  16. Anonymous

So when was all this taking place and was it reported? That’s a big question.

    1. Anonymous

Agreed! If all of this basically just started coming up in 2026 it seems it was handled very swiftly!

    2. Anonymous

Anyone who didnt report these things is just as guilty. Anyone who tried to cover it up is more guilty.

  17. Anonymous

Hopefully people are more free to speak up now.

  18. Anonymous

Sounds like there has been a bunch of people keeping quiet.

    1. Anonymous

Or a bunch of people kept quiet.

      1. Anonymous

No way all this goes unnoticed.

  19. Anonymous

    Crazy this site exists lol

  20. Anonymous

    Good Lord have mercy!

  21. Anonymous

Although a lot has come out seems the can of worms is just now opening.

    1. Anonymous

Yes. Seems like this has been an ongoing thing for a very long time!

  22. Anonymous

    Prayers for our teachers.

  23. Anonymous

Still most concerned about wasted and misspent money.

  24. Anonymous

I think we are learning why transparency is so important.

  25. Anonymous

How many people helped keep the stuff on here covered up?

  26. Anonymous

This many things don’t usually go without someone saying something.

    1. Anonymous

Seems nothing was done about it if anyone said anything.

  27. Anonymous

Why would this stuff on here be protected instead of dealt with?

    1. Anonymous

Looks like it was dealt with.

  28. Anonymous

Seems the newspaper is trying to get answers too

  29. Anonymous

    bit of a snowball now

  30. Anonymous

Actions and words reveals one’s heart!

  31. Anonymous

So the paper isnt getting responses to even open record requests? Hmmm

  32. Anonymous

These posts seem to be about normal human decency plain and simple

    1. Anonymous

Yes this isnt a procedure or policy issue except for the way all these things were responded to.

      1. Anonymous

You mean the lack of handling until everyone knew?

  33. Anonymous

new leadership hopefully brings new transparency

  34. Anonymous

Seems like these things should have been handled in real time.

  35. Anonymous

Wait!!! Timer changed! Thought we were getting an early one!

    1. Anonymous

Woke up hoping to see a new post but the wait is still on.

  36. Anonymous

If all this was reported before January 1st I want to see proof. If there is actual proof I’ll be on board but not until.

    1. Anonymous

I agree. People can only deal with things when they know about it. Once this stuff started coming out this year it was promptly dealt with. Rather swiftly I say.

  37. Anonymous

So if was the response for giving a good report imagine the response for saying something bad.

    1. Anonymous

      Seems like suppression for sure!

      1. Anonymous

        Chico, Iran lol

  38. Anonymous

Thought the new post was supposed to be last night?

  39. Anonymous

    And what is coming next?

  40. Anonymous

I understand why it took so long for people to speak up. But I have to say once all this started coming to light in January the board took swift actions. Kuddos to them

    1. Anonymous

Agreed! Once the board knew it acted VERY swiftly!

  41. Anonymous

Creates an environment anyone seeking employment should and probably will avoid!

  42. Anonymous

Just ignore anything bad, dont speak up for whats right, and your contract awaits and you will fit right in!

  43. Anonymous

Good people were put down for speaking truth. Not good.

  44. Anonymous

Crazy saying something positive about a coworker was treated like this but saying so many horrible things was ok

    1. Anonymous

      Yes thats really concerning!

    2. Anonymous

The priorities weren’t about the positive. It was and still is about control!

  45. Anonymous

So many bad things said on this site and yet the positive things said get punished. To quote the great Charlie Brown. “GOOD GRIEF!!!”

  46. Anonymous

Say good things get punished…. Say bad things get protected.

  47. Anonymous

Good things punished but the stuff on this site was ok???

  48. Anonymous

Standing up for decency and good not tolerated.

  49. Anonymous

Don’t say good things but if you say and do bad things we got your back!
