A high-ranking administrator made it a regular habit to visit rather nefarious websites during the working school day, on school time, and using school devices. He warned others to observe caution if they ever went to the sites he mentioned by name because they were known to have explicit and illegal content on them, including trafficking. He stated he went to the sites because they highlighted several conspiracy theories and looked “behind the curtain.” He was unaware that when going through a school server you can’t simply “Duck, Duck, Go” around your browsing history. Is someone with this inclination who we would like in a leadership position within our community, and are there not more valuable uses of school resources than visiting these sites?
